Empowered Movement

When: Saturday, Nov. 11th, 1:00pm-4:00pm CST

In this 3 hour public event, participants will: 

• Reconnect with their bodies after trauma
• Express emotion through movement
• Share space with others with similar life experiences
• Experience dance through a body-positive lens.
