Emotional Safety for Children Webinar

Join Mary Willis (Early Childhood Therapist from the Domestic Abuse Project) to discuss the following in a 90-minute webinar:
- What does emotional safety mean for children? Why is emotional safety important for children?
- What are some warning signs that children are emotionally unsafe? How do children communicate emotional safety (without using those words)?
- How can parents help their children feel emotionally safe? How can parents demonstrate emotional safety?
- How can children self-soothe? What are the specific emotional safety considerations for children who have experienced trauma? How do you promote emotional safety across the developmental stages/age spectrum?
