We invite you to join us in a two-hour practical webinar to put your personal and professional boundaries into action!
This webinar series was highly requested from previous webinar attendees who wanted a deeper dive into how to even figure out what boundaries would look like in their lives and how it could help promote a deeper connection with themselves and with others.
This webinar is the SECOND in a two-part series on boundaries. We will be using the boundaries we explored and identified in part one and addressing barriers to setting boundaries and how to actually implement boundaries in our lives that promotes connection and self-preservation.
The first hour will primarily be centered around SETTING personal boundaries within the context of friendships, roommates, family members, and romantic/intimate partners. The second hour will be focused on SETTING professional boundaries within the context of work-related contexts with clients, patients, victim-survivors, and co-workers. We will also be discussing how to navigate when someone crosses a boundary and specific considerations for advocates who also identify as victim-survivors.
