We invite you to join us in a two-hour practical webinar to explore your personal and professional boundaries!
This webinar was highly requested from previous webinar attendees who wanted a deeper dive into how to even figure out what boundaries would look like in their lives and how it could help promote a deeper connection with themselves and with others.
This webinar is the first in a two-part series on boundaries. Kick-off the new year by learning about the ultimate way to practice self-care: establishing boundaries. This first webinar will discuss what boundaries are, what they sound like, what can get in the way of feeling like we can even set boundaries, and diving deep into our own unique boundaries.
The first hour will primarily be centered around personal boundaries within the context of friendships, roommates, family members, and romantic/intimate partners. The second hour will be focused on professional boundaries within the context of work-related contexts with clients, patients, victim-survivors, and co-workers.
Stay tuned for next month when we dive into how to put these boundaries into ACTION. Please contact Brenisen at bwheeler@wadvocates.org with any questions regarding this webinar.
We are committed to access and this workshop will be free; however, if you are able to donate any amount, please do so here: https://app.etapestry.com/onlineforms/WomensAdvocates/donate.html
